We tend to orient ourselves around what we are lacking, because, yunno, capitalism is good like that. But, anyway, today, make a list of where you have plenty in your life. Do you have plenty of time? Money? Love? Notebooks? Stamps? Pens? Nail files? Set a timer, if you like, and make your list.

When you’ve finished, pick three and pull them together in a piece of writing.
