Take a moment today and make a list of everything you want to cast out from your life right now. Like in a big “this is it, I’m done” way. Maybe that’s clutter, maybe it’s a brewing situation or a crappy job, a toxic person or an unhelpful or unhealthy habit. Make your list. Pick one and write about it. (Save the others to your ideas list to write about another time.) Let’s go.
