I don't know why I thrive in change but I am a weirdo and here we are
Not all transformation is graceful. In fact, a lot of it is kind of fucked up and uncomfortable, even when the change is welcome and even when you actively embrace change.
Write about the parts of change that feel jagged, ugly, or contradictory. Don’t romanticize the pivot. Stay with the mess and ask: what did this cost me? What did it make possible? Today, write into all of that and see where you land.
