Today, write about a time in which you felt desperation and took what felt like drastic action. Don’t compare your circumstances to those of someone else; there’s no need to engage in what I often call the “competitive suffering scale” nor is there any reason to judge any action you felt you needed to do to survive the situation. If it felt desperate to you, don’t judge that, just sink into it and write from that place. Let’s go.
Before you go, an offer for you: if you’re feeling eager to step into bigger visibility in your creative career and shake things up for yourself with a solid, strategic plan for your creative work, I have a thing for you: The Seen AF Method, my 6-month hybrid course/coaching program to challenge narratives around creative work and visibility and build a unique-to-your-art strategy to set yourself and your work up for more.
Doors open August 26.
Register by August 20th for a 1:1 bonus strategy call, a session I lovingly describe as an “unfuck your project” call ($500 value). Learn more about the whole thing here, and/or book a chat with me about it here and we’ll see if it’s a good fit for you.
(Orrrrr, if you just want the “unfuck your creative project” call, you can book that directly as a one-off, too.)
