We often declare big things like “Okay, I’m never watching tv again and instead I’m going to write every day!” but that’s not very practical; going up against habitual forces like that. Instead, what if we consider ourselves in the process of releasing a habit? Or allow ourselves to be in the process of decluttering? Or in the process of reducing tv to establish a writing habit?
