A prompt can be (literally) right in front of your eyes
Without moving our head or body or anything except for your eyes, locate an object in your field of vision at the moment and write about it. Maybe that involves research about how that item was invented, or something about the market for that item, or maybe it’s an essay about how you can to acquire it. Even better: see if you can draw parallels between what you’re writing about the object and broader themes happening in the world at the moment. Let’s go.
