Today, dig into a way in which you are wired or a pattern that you have that you struggle to keep in check. Maybe a childhood trauma has you hypervigilant about the people around you, maybe you struggle with vulnerability, or maybe you find yourself repeating the same issues in friendships. Whatever your deal is, write about it full-out, peeling back layers and connecting dots further and further back, unpacking how it’s shown up in your life, what it’s cost you emotionally, and ways in which you’ve tried to end those cycles, both incrementally successfully and not so much.
