Today in your writing, start by pulling a thread connected to this existential question: what are your thoughts on the idea of fate? Do you believe our actions shape our destinies or do you believe that we’re predestined to some or all things? You can write to answer that question straight-on, but also challenge yourself to pull apart the idea and your position on it to see what other writing it might help surface that’s only tangentially connected.
