Write about a time you felt that your body rebelled against you or flat-out betrayed you.
Write without stopping for 15 minutes.
“Without stopping” means continuously typing or writing, even if you aren’t sure what to say next. If your mind goes blank type or write “my mind is blank while I think of what else to say” until you figure it out.
Why do that? Because the moment you stop, you self-edit. And editing is for later. By continuously writing, you more fully capture the full stream of your thoughts.
