There’s something to be said for writing deeply and quickly when things are weighing on you. Today, let’s do that. Please set a timer for at least 5 minutes, or maybe 15 minutes if you can spare them, and write without stopping (read: do not pause to edit anything, even typos), getting everything down on paper/screen about how you are feeling about all of the things going on in all the various parts of the world right now.
