"Punch in the gut," "butterflies in the stomach," etc
Today, write about information that created a physical sensation in our body when you learned about it. That could certainly mean hearing incredibly bad news (“a punch in the gut”), but it could also be something that was so amazing that you felt a physical sensation (“butterflies in your stomach”) when you learned about it. Whatever that thing is, start there with your writing today. Let’s go.
