Today, let’s write about judgement. Begin by free writing a bit about things you find yourself judging pretty regularly. Think about behaviors you judge, beliefs you judge, people you judge, items you judge people for having (or not having), and even things you judge within yourself. Keep writing to explain to yourself why you judge those things and why you’ve promised yourself to never be like that/do those things or what you are protecting yourself from by judging that thing. Consider the benefit you get (or, that you believe that you get) out of holding that judgement or what your judgement could be telling you about yourself and your needs/wants right now. Let’s go.
