Today, write about something you believe about yourself that might not actually be helpful. Maybe it’s something straightforward and simple like how believing you’re not a morning person is stopping you from going to be early when in reality, you rather like waking up early. Or, maybe it’s something larger and more tender, like believing you have bad luck in love, when you are actually simply not confident enough to act of red flags early on. Think deeply about this, and begin writing about these unhelpful things we tell ourselves, and see where you land, and what bigger writing emerges.
