Love letters
(Can take many forms)
Today write a love letter. It’s doesn’t have to be a romantic letter. You could write the mere opposite of a complaint letter to an elected official or a local business and gush about what a great job you think they’re doing (honestly, they probably don’t receive a lot of note like that and would probably appreciate the hell out of it). Or, you could write a letter telling your kids how amazing they are. Or, perhaps write a journal entry and go on about how much you love trees or turtles or sunny days or whatever else. Hell, write a love letter to yourself! The point is to write in such a way as to pour out the loving and appreciative feelings in your heart. Let’s go.
