You don’t have to ever show them this writing (and, hell, it doesn’t even need to be in praise of someone you personally know) but rather, through your writing, celebrate an unsung heroine, lavish praise on your best friend or wonderful colleague or partner or favorite artist or whomever stands out with this idea.
