Prompt: electoral college

Time to go? Maybe so?

Write an opinion piece about what you think should be the future of the electoral college. Take your time, do some research, and go for it.

If the topic feels too overwhelming, pick one aspect or practice of it and write about that, and about why you are focusing on that area (because of your personal experience? Name it. Because of professional credentials or an area of expertise? Name that.)

But, whatever you do, write as if trying to persuade someone who thinks the opposite way that you do, and attempt to persuade them to see things your way.
