Prompt: it's kind of a lot

List out the overwhelm and find a prompt that's calling to you

Make a list of all of the ways in which this day is *kind of a lot* then select one item from your list and write about it. You don’t have to necessarily select the most obvious one or the largest, most “newsworthy” one, but rather, simply pick the one that’s really calling to you and go for it, writing about why that thing is a lot to reconcile.
