Today, write about yesterday. If you’re reading this at fresh-off-the-press time, yesterday certainly could refer to the insurrection that took place at the Capitol. If that’s what you want to write about, go for it, or pick an aspect of it that stands out to you, or write about what’s being under-discussed among your social network about it. Or, write about what else was going on in your life as that played out, perhaps juxtaposing the two.
If you’re reading this another day, write about absolutely anything that happened to you yesterday.
