Today, make a list of things you have learned in the last month. You don’t have to take this to necessarily mean a formal thing (unless that applies, in which case, go for it), but instead you could approach this very openly and include life lessons, ideas, ways you might have shifted your thinking, and new experiences you might’ve had.
Once you have your list, select one thing (or more things if you see a through-line) from it, and use that as your starting point today.
