As an exercise in “show, don’t tell,” think of a moment in your life from the past month that created strong feelings in one way or another. Then, free write in great detail the entire situation— the events leading up to your emotional moment, the moment itself, and what happened after— without telling the reader anything, only showing.
That’s going to mean something different to every writer, but it’ll likely surprise you as an exercise, so give it a whirl.
