Write about an awkward moment with a person whom you did not know terribly well at the time. Write deeply and in great detail about it. Write about your truth and what you believe is their truth. Write so much detail that it feels excessive. Keep writing about it until you can connect this awkward moment to a larger theme in your life or in the world right now.
