Name a time it showed up in your life and what happened next
Today, write about the last time you were completely spontaneous. Maybe that means shoving an obligation aside for joy, or maybe more in line with an impulsive decision that didn’t go well, or maybe just a time you said “fuck it” and made a gut decision. But, also, be clear with yourself and your reader and unpack whether the decision you made was really completely spur of the moment or if it only looked that way when, in reality, you’d bee thinking about your options for a while.
