That's a lot
List out the overwhelm and find a prompt that's calling to you
Today, please make a list of all of the ways in which this day (or moment/era) is kind of a lot then select one item from your list and write about it. You don’t have to necessarily select the most obvious one or the largest, most newsworthy thing on your list, but rather, simply pick the one that’s really calling to you and go for it, writing about why that thing is a lot to reconcile.
Remember to save the other list items to your main ideas file and tackle them another time.
