Today, write about receiving validation. Specifically, a time in which you received validation about something you hoped deep down to be true about yourself. Meaning, that thing you secretly hope or suspect is true was named by someone else. Maybe someone called you brave and gave examples of your bravery. Maybe someone praised your intelligence or humor or whatever in a public forum. Whatever it was, today, write about that. Let’s go.
