Today, make a list of everything standing in your way. That’s it. That’s the whole prompt.
If you end up writing at greater length about something on that list, great. If you end up whipping out a red pen and circling everything on the list that is only in your mind, great. If you end up deciding some of the things on the list could have a workaround, great. But the only task is to make that list. (Maybe even challenge yourself to keep listing things without stopping for a set amount of time, or until you feel like you’ve named them all.)
