When animals are not awesome

I'm the animal whisperer and even I have a story for this topic

Have you ever had an unpleasant or scary experience with an animal and felt some kind of way about it? Let’s write about that today.

For me, I plan to write about the time I found a giant Asian long-horned beetle in a rental house in New Mexico (and by “found” I mean he flew at my face while my hair was down and got in my hair and caused me to run outside screaming and shaking my hair out) and the next thing I knew the forestry department came and dug up all the trees, dragged them into the middle of the street and set them on fire. It was really quite a thing to behold.
