Guest posts

If you’re a writer and are currently promoting a book or a new piece you’ve published somewhere, or are a person promoting a writerly event and are interested in doing a guest post here, here’s what you need to know about that:

• It’s a sliding scale tip jar sort of deal. You are free to put a little something-something in the publication’s virtual tip jar to help support it, but if that’s not in the cards for you, that’s not the end of the world and it absolutely doesn’t take you out of consideration. (Another way to access this is to become a founding supporter-subscriber and get two guest post ad spots per year.)

• What you’d need to do: You’d answer 3-4 simple interview questions about your work and what you’re promoting, send me links of where folks can find and support your work, and you provide a non-fiction writing prompt to share with everyone.

• Then: I’d schedule your post and on the day it goes live. Pretty simple.
